About the role
As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our paint department.
Your main tasks will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.
Examples of tasks include
- Active sales of the product range within paint
- Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area.
- Responsible for incoming goods and displays, as well as for renovations and rebuilds in the department
- Analyze the department's product presentation.
- Assist in other departments as needed
Your profile
- High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
- Relevant work experience/education in the field of paint
- Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
- Realize the customer's projects through professional advice on our wide product range
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Good physical condition as some departments require heavy lifting.
- It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4)

Working hours/Duration:
Seasonal employment. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours are mornings, evenings, and every other weekend
